- I am bold. There is magic in my boldness. I am ready to face the uncertainties of being an enterprise. I am ready for the surprises in life.
- I am looking at the present critically. I imagine something new something bold. Something that does not exist. Something that has a future.
- I am a conspiracy to change the word. I share my secret with people who will become my fellow conspirators.
- I am ready to go from 0 to one. I do not want to be a copy cat. I want to create something new. In fact I am creating a new monopoly.
- I have started small. But I am picking up a large size of the market soon. I intend to gain mindshare and market share quickly.
I have answered my seven questions.
- I have answered the engineering question and brought together the best combination of technology together. My technology is ten times better than any existing solution
- I have answered the timing question. Why now? I have looked at the present critically and looked at the future relevance of the technology I have I have looked at Infrastructure readiness, social norms, government regulations, established platforms and ecosystems.
- I have looked at the monopoly question. I will focus on a small area and capture the market as I along. My innovation has no competition. It has a 10X technology advancement, and is therefore clearly distinct in its space.
- I have answered the people question. I really have the right people capable of working on real product innovations. I have the best people on the team to pursue the product to market? I, myself am a technical intrapreneur who leads and sells a product better than many sales people can.
- I have addressed the distribution question. I have an effective distribution channel. Primarily a way to get close to the customer, so they can experience the superior advantage I bring. I know how to get into the hands of the customer.
- I have addressed the durability question. I plan to be the last mover in my market. I have paid attention to what does the market look like in 10 and 20 years time? And how will my solution dominate the space? What possible competition could I face – I ask these questions to see how durable my future is.
- I have addressed the secret question. My innovation uncover a secret, which solves a fundamental problem for the customer? All great companies are built upon finding answers to secrets, this is the heart of innovation. Secrets are problems which have an answer, but nobody has figured it out yet.
Creating Value.
- I am into solving a problem. I have a new solution with the right technology and unique methodology. I am bent on creating value.
- In fact I am creating a monopoly. I have a proprietary technology and methodology. I network. I play for economies of scale. I am branding myself. There is no precedent for my enterprise.
- I am not interested in competition. I believe competition is for losers. But I will endure and I will dominate.
- I gear up for superfast implementation and complex coordination. I know that intelligent design works best.
- For I disruption is not a buzz word. I am here to build a successful and durable monopoly.
- I believe in the adjacent possible . I“capture both the limits and the creative potential of change and innovation.” The boundaries of the adjacent possible grow as I explore them, and each new combination opens up the possibility for other combinations.
- Creating a 10x better product means figuring out what is at the adjacent possible, and combining it with other breakthrough research to produce an outcome to an unsolved problem that people have.
I know that the future is already here, it’s just not evenly distributed — or it’s not yet distributed at all.
