Customer Persona
Ranjana asked ten major questions before she started writing it.
First, She created the name and brief background about the customer Avatar (our intended reader). In her case, the customer Avtar were her students, all aspiring teachers in the state of Uttar Pradesh in India. They are all doing their bachelor in education in the college that she teaches.
She took the following steps:

- She prepared detailed bios. …
- She took took advantage of persona tools.
Buyer personas are one of the best ways to gain powerful insights into your audience. Ranjan used cross-sections of the traits that made up different demographics in her audience.
These personas helped Ranjana to hone her messaging, find gaps in her content offerings, and strategically approach pain points her customers grapple with.
Challenges Teachers Face
Before Reading the book, what challenges are being faced by teachers in being compassionate teachers?
From within their minds? from outside (social or administrative pressure)
Teachers identify seven barriers to education
- Bad behaviour in classes.
- Pupils not having enough teacher attention or time.
- Crime outside of school.
